The Lone Star Youth Winds honors the strength, virtue, and imagination of our nation at this afternoon concert in the Dallas Arts District. “American Reverence” honors 250 years of independence with a sweeping journey through the nation’s musical spirit.

Pegasus Contemporary Ballet partners with The Writer’s Garret to bring the celebrated Common Language Project into the world of dance. Four local choreographers will present commissioned original works, each distinct in voice yet united by a shared theme and language.

Quinn Mason, Inspiration! Festive Overture From the composer: "This is a piece that is dedicated to the power of inspiration, and the will to inspire. The composition begins with a flourish—much like the spark of an idea—and erupts into joyous interplay from all sections of the orchestra. The middle section is more of a reflection of the first section, soulful and profound in nature and the rest of the piece is in high spirits, inspired by that which came before it."
