Permission for late seating
is determined by each event
 presenter and is
permitted in most cases. You
may be held in the lobby until
an appropriate time to enter or
be asked to take the first available seats.

Any attire that complements the spirit of the performance or occasion you are attending is the way to go!

Generally, the lobby and box office open 90 minutes prior to each performance. Seating typically begins 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Many shows are copyrighted and the use of cameras/picture phones with or without a flash or any other type of recording device is strictly prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the performance. Cameras and picture phones should be silenced and placed in a pocket or purse when in the performance.

Current job openings can be found here.

Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Many variables go into the price of a ticket, including popularity and when an event is taking place. Ticket prices are decided by the presenting organization, not TicketDFW.

E-tickets are sent via email confirmation after your order is complete. This email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive in your email. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to view your upcoming events and view your e-tickets immediately using Manage Tickets.

Some tickets may have a delayed e-ticket release per the artist or show. If you have any questions about your e-tickets, please call the box office at 214-871-5000.

Subscription tickets are generally available in your online account after seating is complete. Subscribers will be sent an email when they are accessible in your account. To have your tickets mailed or held at Will Call, please contact the box office at 214-871-5000.

Enjoy quick and easy access to your tickets on your mobile phone using E-Ticketing and take advantage of contactless entry with less waste. A few performance-day tips:

  • Make sure you download and save your tickets prior to arriving for the event — and make sure your phone is charged.
  • E-tickets will not scan properly if your phone is in Dark Mode.
  • Parking passes for Lexus Red or Lexus Silver will appear as a separate ticket; please make sure you are prepared to show your parking pass to the attendant as you enter the garage.
  • If you are part of a group, please enter the venue together to prevent delays. If you are unable to arrive together, please share individual tickets with your guests before the event.
  • Each e-ticket contains a unique barcode or QR code. If copies are made or fraudulent copies are created, only the person who scans the code first will be admitted.

Need help with your e-tickets? Please contact the box office by phone at 214-880-0202 Monday through Friday 10 a.m. – 5p.m. or by email at boxoffice@attpac.org. We are available to help you log into our website, access your account and guide you through the e-ticketing process.

Single ticket buyers may, in most cases, exchange their tickets to another performance of the same production for a $10 per ticket exchange fee, subject to availability. Subscribers to a series may also exchange within a production with the privilege of waived exchanged fees. There may be a price difference when changing from a non-premium to a premium performance or section. Payment for this price difference and any applicable fees are due at the time of exchange. All tickets are nonrefundable.

Simply give us a call at 214-871-5000 during our business hours. Our friendly representatives will be able to determine exchange eligibility and discuss specific seating and pricing with you for your new performance date.

You have a couple of options. You can offer your tickets to a friend. Tickets make fantastic gifts! Or, you may donate your tickets back to TicketDFW for resale. You’ll receive a tax donation letter a few weeks afterward for the face value of the ticket.

You may call the Box Office to check seating availability near your seats. If there are no seats near or next to your current seats, we can help you select new seats for your entire party based on availability.

No problem! The Box Office will be happy to reprint your ticket. You must present a valid ID in person at the Box Office to receive your replacement ticket.

We are truly sorry that you didn’t enjoy the performance, but tickets are nonrefundable. If the art did not resonate with you, we encourage you to have a discussion with other members of your party about the work. Through discussion it is possible to add meaning and value, even for a piece of work that was not to your taste.

Yes, every person regardless of age must have a ticket.
